Whenever I go to that site to configure my router nothing shows up.  What can I do??  And everytime I go to reinstall the router with the disk, it never connects to the internet.  Is something defaulting with my router or my disk is just bad?

The address you are looking for is 192.168.1.1...not 192.162.1.1

The default router password is admin (leave username blank).

If you're talking about the wi-fi password, it should be under the wireless tab.
