Am trying to add a Dell Latitude wireless to my existing WRT54GS home network. The Latitude says it is connected with Excellent reception BUT it won't "see" any of the other computers in the network nor will they "see" the Latitude. Also cannot access the internet or any of the network shared files from the Latitude. Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated!!

So your main concern is to share files between your computers. As you have already mentioned in your post that, all the computers are in the same workgroup.Make sure if your Dell is connected to your wireless router, its able to go online or not, and find out the IP address of your Dell Laptop. IF you have any Firewall or Antivirus installed on your computer, you can disable it on both the computers, then from your Dell computers.. try to ping your XP computers IP address, and check you are getting any replies.
Click Here and follow the instructions and you will be able to enable file sharing between your computers.

Clarification...
"The Latitude has 104 and pings are all received.".... meaning that pings from the Latitude TO the Latitude are all received. All pings to the Latitude from the other workgroup computers (including another wireless laptop) all timeout.

Double check your settings in Wireless Mac Fliter. Your lattitude's Mac Address may be blocked.
