Make sure you're getting a valid IP address from the router. Restart the computer, try to use another web browser, if still not reset it. Please refer to this article to guide you.

From what I know, they are doing maintenance from time to time so this could be the reason why users are experiencing problems with accessing the access to the router page.

oddly enough I've lost access to my local config twice today, both times were after using the LInksys Smartware App. I have finally given up with the cloud firmware and gone back to the classic. Being locked out of my own router and having to powercycle to get back in was the final straw.
