I am not able to get Cisco Connect to install on Windows 7 from CD or download. I am trying to get my Brother HL-5370 DW printer to connect with ethernet, was told by support chat that I would have to use usb, that does not work either. Every support option leads me to Cisco Connect- which does not work!

Did you setup your router manually before use cisco connect or using the built in new router setup of windows 7? Try resetting your router to factory setting using the reset button that is located on the back of your device, delete all temporal folder and file from your computer and run again cisco connect.
