I must be doing something wrong because every time I try to save my changes to the router, they disappear magically and the ports aren't open. I must be messing with the wrong settings. I've typed in my information to everything related to "port forwarding" and checked enable. The only one where stuff hasn't disappeared is in QoS and Port Range Triggering, but neither made a difference.
I'm trying to open up 10803 and 9987 for my game Lock On and Teamspeak respectively. In the future I'd like to be a host for other online games as well. Problem is, no one can connect to me if I have my ports blocked like this! I'd turn off the firewall entirely, but I don't know how to do that either apparently. -_-
Anyone got a guide or something to open ports like this so I can host games? I can play, but I cannot host.
Alternatively, how to I open all ports? I know it's not recommended, but the heck with it.

i need help in opening ports 9091-9112 & 8081-8112 on a linksys e-1000 router. I thought I had all steps covered but I can't get it to work. Port forwarded in a bridged mode from a westell modem.
