Re: E1000 router security question

@gkt101, what is your security question?

if you are looking for your password, you can find it by accessing the setup page of your router; open internet explorer and typing in http://192.168.1.1 leave the username blank and type admin in the password.

click on the wireless tab and under it there is a wireless security option, you may find the password there, where it says passphrase.

Re: E1000 router security question

I've setup the router with no difficulty however, as you indicated earlier, it also setup a "Guest account".  The main account is secured with Wpa2 however, the guest account is unsecured.  This leaves me vulnerable.  How do I either get rid of the guest account OR secure it???

Re: E1000 router security question

The guest account is managed by the Cisco Connect software only.
