E3200: Share USB Printer

Hello,

I recently purchased an E3200 and have successfully setup a USB printer from my desktop machine. However, I can't seem to figure out how to access that same printer through my laptop. The laptop is able to connect to the internet and the appropriate printer drivers were previously loaded. Anyone have an idea?

Thanks,

Mike

Re: E3200: Share USB Printer

Have you checked if you have an updated drivers on your laptop for  the printer

If not please try to update the drivers for the printer and see if that works.

Do you have the CISCO Connect software version 1.4 or higher installed on the laptop? This software will load the drivers to access the router and the printer.

What I mean to say is that when you run the CISCO Connect software it will install the drivers. Select the Computer and Devices option; then select Printer/A printer in your home. You will then see the option to install the USB printer.
