A nice thought, but did they add QoS from 01 to 03? No. But also, I never have that on ever. Nope... simply this:
If you have internet capable of 100Mbps+ you will see a downgrade in your WAN performance from 01 to 03. It is so easy to test and replicate. It looks as though Cyanix has spent significantly more time than myself ensuring accuracy of the results.
To me its simple: you test, its fast, you flash, reset and restore settings, its MUCH slower, downgrade flash, reset and restore settings and its fast again - case closed.

You may also want to try disabling QoS on the router and check if that helps.
Qos is for control of lan--->wan throughput, not wan---> lan throughput.

You guys should contact Cisco and ask for a case manager, if the regular representatives aren't yielding any solutions or answers. When you get to a case manager, that's when you actually make some progress because they contact the necessary people to do some diagnostic tests.

I noticed the same thing, had to revert to 1. 1 as well

Have you solved this yet? I have the same problem Heard from Cisco about an updated firmware (beta) that might solve the problem. Anyone know if it works?
