Because the 2.0.36 does not propagate the IPV6 prefix with PPPoE, I have installed 2.0.37
The first issue thats showed up:
The WAN connection always terminated after about 75 seconds. The Keep Alive was set to 60 seconds. The only on workaround that I have found, was to choose connect on Demand. I have set the Max idle time to 24h.
The FW 2.0.36 runs fine.
Have some one a better solution?
(I have tried different MTU, MAC address settings etc.)
The second issue:
With 2.0.37 the E4200 does not obtain the IPV6 address. It says 0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0. I have no clue why it does not obtain an address. With 2.0.36 the router has an IPv6 address assigned. (With other routers it works)
Third question:
Is there a form to submit bugs? The Live-chat is not really helpful.

You mentioned in your post that you upgraded the firmware. So, after firmware update did you reset the Router? After successful firmware upgrade you need to reset the router. It is recommended to reset the router once. Steps to reset the router:
Push the reset button on router for 30 seconds, turn off the router wait for 30 seconds and then power it on. Power light should blink when you perform the reset process.
After reset, reconfigure the router and then check the connectivity status.

Hi there.I just want to verify if you can get the ipv6 connectivity working behind your modem, does it work through the modem? You can use this link to test wether your modem can work with ipv6: http://ipv6-test.com/

- @saber_tooth: Yes, I have reseted the router. It seems that to the problem is the reconnecting of the PPPoE connection.
- @opheliaimmortal23: With direct PPPoE on the PC and with a other router IPv6 works well.
I think I can reduce the IPv6 problem the the first issue, that the router always reconnects if keep alive is set (This is a known issue of the 2.0.37 Firmware in different forums).I have found in the release note of the E3200 following:- Added supports of Native IPv6 over PPPoE Internet connection when only keep alive option is selected.I think is the same for the E4200 firmware, that the connection must be on keep alive to obtain the IPv6 address. So I have to wait until the issue is fixed in a new version of the firmware.Yes, I believe we just need to wait for the new firmware that will fix this kind of issue.
