You can log into the router using the old way by disconnecting the internet.
But most of the options are not available as far as I can tell.
I can't find any of these things:
MAC Address Filtering
USB drive setup
QOS settings
Port forwarding
And it's impossible to uncheck the automatic firmware upgrade box.
I will gladly downgrade the firmware if it's possible.
Hi there. Mac Address Filtering can be found under Wireless. As for the USB connection, you can find USB Storage on the side panel as well. For the QoS settings, it is termed now as Media Prioritization. Port Forwarding can be found under Security and it says there Apps and Gaming. As for the firmware auto update, you can actually uncheck that option under Connectivity.

Are you logged in through the cloud?
If you read my post (which was full of typos so maybe unclear) I logged in when the internet happened to be down, so I logged in wihout the cloud.
None of these options were available when I logged in that way. I am not planning to create an online account just to set up my router which is sitting in the next room. That's ridiculous man.

Hello,
After 20 minutes I received EA4500. I little bit worried now about what im read here.
I have question about this functions:
MAC Address Filtering
USB drive setup
QOS settings
Port forwarding
Do I have all this options in Cisco Connect Cloud?

If anyone finds the firmware we had prioer to this (for the EA4500) please post it here.
Have they called you back yet?

I preferred old fhashion way, but looks like now we don't have a choise=(
Cloud it's cool, but seriosly it's must be not FORCE, it's must be OPTIONAL (who need this & whanna testing).
