Enable "Guest Access" on E1000 Router

I'm confused. I have been trying to connect to my system a Compaq computer. I went to Cisco Connect asking for my guest password. I was given one. When I put in the number, the system said it had no record of that password. Now what do I do?

How do you go to Cisco Connect?  Please follow the instructions in the manual for setting up and administering the Guest Account.

The only way to enable the Guest Account, find the password, change the password is to read the manual that is located on the CD, on the web and on the Cisco Web site.

I checked for the supposed solution for the question of how to get and or set the guess password and eventhough I clicked on the solution, none was give. whats up?
