Did you reset the router? Have you tried to communicate to 192.168.1.1 from the command prompt?

I finally got on that 1.1. site. But now it's saying my IP addresses are off and they don't match up.

Who is your Internet service provider?
Are you trying to run the Cd to setup your router?
Try to configure the router manually.
Connect the modem to the Internet port and computer to Ethernet port 1 on the router.
Press and hold the reset button on the router for 30 seconds. Release the reset button and wait for 30 seconds. Power cycle the router and reconfigure it manually.
