You guest password is in the router.  Run the Cisco Connect software and simply retrieve it.

I did not install Cisco Connect on my iphone however is asking me for a Guest access  password. Please help me to see what password is that I need to enter.

You don't install Cisco Connect on your iPhone. It is installed on the computer. To find out your guest password, open the computer that has Cisco Connect on it, run Cisco Connect and click Guest access.
