This is making me upset. I can't get on line.with my new apple phone. Ugh
I can feel your pain, but can you please give some details? What kind of internet connection (DSL or cable), what model of router, what have you already done to try to configure your router so that you can get your iPhone on wireless?
Is your wireless working with any other wireless clients (laptop, tablet, etc.)?

where do i find out what is the guest password so that i can get online
The wireless password or passphrase is stored in the router or in a system that's connected to the router via wireless. You'll have to look there, logging into the router is the easiest place to look.

I believe Cisco installed a virus on my machine. I have never done business with them - no routers, etc. Yet today for the first time, every web page I try to access goes first through Cisco Password Access - asking for a password. This has never happened before.
The behavior is I type google.com (or yahoo...) in the browser address bar, and it prepends 192.168.33.1/login.asp? to google. etc.
Does anyone know what a default Cisco password is? Again, I have never bought any Cisco equipment, so iI could not have received a password at a purchase, etc. Alternatively, does anyone know how to prevent this redirection?
PS I just searched my entire computer for anything called Cisco. No matches.
Thanks for your help.
