I cannot connect my kindle to get downloads because it says I need a password to access my Rich Shark Cisco internet account. I have tried all my passwords and none work?

My son set up the router so I could have wireless....now he can't remember the password he used and I need to reset it so I can use another laptop.  Can someone please advise me on how to do this. Thank you

look first you have to go to this website: http://192.168.1.1/ go there and the username and the password are admin                      then you have to click wireless and itll guid from there.

My son's situation is a little different....none of his computers is working any more and he just bought an android tablet, but the password he thought would work to log onto the network isn't working.  What do you do if you don't have a computer to use?
