What is the model no of the Router....?
What is the model no of the Printer...?
What is the IP Address of the Router....?
On the printer, add the network information like SSID(Network Name),Security Key manually.Assign the static ip address in the range of the router's ip address to the printer and check.

EPSON STYLUS CX2900 is a normal USB printer, its not a Network Printer. If you share this printer on your network you will be able to use only a Print Function, you will not be able to use scanning function over the network. I would suggest you to get a Multifunction Wireless Print Server, with that Print Server you will be able to use Printer - Scanner - Copier function on all your computers.

its okay, we just need the print function and not the scan function of the printer. we were able to use this printer with our mac time capsule router before.
does this mean there is no way we can connect this printer to the router so we can print wirelessly? the WRT610N price is too much then, it didn't do more than the time capsule can do, the only thing is that it is dual band, which we also see as a disadvantage bec the first connection keeps on disconnecting to connect to the other.
hope to get help from our router issues thanks

So your Epson printer is attached to your MAC Computer and you want to share that printer with your other computers. Follow this link and follow the steps and you should be able to share the printer with your other computers.
