Setting up your router’s wireless security is the best way to prevent other people from using your wireless Internet connection. Your Linksys router supports three (3) of the most commonly used wireless security types: WEP, WPA and WPA2 Personal.
IMPORTANT: Before proceeding, make sure that your router is connected to your computer using an Ethernet cable so that you can access its web-based setup page.
