Hello,
My sister recently moved back into the house and she's tried to connect her laptop to my wireless router, which she has easily connected to once before. However, this time when she tries to connect, her laptop will simply tell her it is unable to, even when all other household devices are connected and running without any problems.
She was once on the Network Magic map on my main computer, which is the one connected to the wireless router, but I removed her because I didn't think she would need to use it again and even if she did, she could just reconnect using the Security Key again. However, this doesn't seem to be the case. No other device (save for one of our XBoxes) has this problem.
I've tried removing all her wireless networks and then connecting to the router and running Add a Device while her laptop was trying to connect to the network. I've tried going to 192.168.1.1 in my address bar to see the wireless router settings, but my internet will tell me this page is unavailable, even though my router's IP is definitely this address. I'm not sure what else I can do. Please help!

I've powercycled the router, but I'm not sure what set up page you'd like me to access. Could you elaborate please?
