Problem Connecting iPad or iPhone to Wifi (Linksys E1000)

Hi, I just bought E1000 and tried to use wifi with my Macbook and iPad.  It works ok, but I ran several local speed tests and noticed that the router could not deliver up 300Mb wifi speeding.  The result is always 10+Mb, which is much slower what I expect.  My home has 100Mb fiber optic LAN.  When I wired with my laptop, the speed test result is around 95Mb most of the time.  However, the iPad and Macbook connection via wifi is much slower.  Is there any thing wrong in router setup.

Problem just started today, cannot connect to internet with my cellphone.  The other 3 computers,all of which are on wireless connection, have some problems,they receive various amounts of information on the internet but not the same amount.  The computer closest to router gets all incoming info regardless of program, the other 2, 1 of which is a laptop, get different amounts of emails going to same address.  The laptop may get 1 email in a 11 hr period, the other gets 10 emails, the cell phone getting none.  All e-mails are addressed to same address.  the cell phone has started displaying guest access.

I have had this E1000 set and operating but recently I had to re install everything on my hard drive. I cannot get my ipad to connect to the internet. I probably jhave cinnected something incorrectly but don't know what. There is a Vonnage telephone modem in place as well and that is working fine.

Hard reset the router and reconfigure it.

my daughter just got a IPhone 4 cant connect to the wifi.  where do I look for the password
