I dont really know the difference between the different router security modes. Right now mine is set too WPA Personal. What is the best setting for my home network so noone can use my internet.
My options are
WEP
WPA Personal
WPA2 Personal
WPA Enterprise
WPA2 Enterprise
Radius

WPA2 Personal + wireless MAC filter should be good enough.

If you're an ordinary home user, WPA2 Personal (note that it's WPA2, not WPA) AKA WPA2-PSK is what you need. Using a strong password, it's considered unbreakable. Avoid variants with "TKIP" in their name if possible and stick to "AES". Things like not broadcasting SSID and MAC filtering just make your life more difficult without adding any real additional security.

I seem to have lost my secure connection. I am not remembering how to make the connection secure again as it has been about a year since I set this up and can't seem to find my original papers for the router. Any help is greatly appreciated!!

what is the model number of your router?
WPS is a router feature, not an option for you to turn off/on. it is either you have a WPS functionality on your router or not.
