The WRT54G is hardware v1.1, firmware v4.30.5
On the basic set up page, I have checked the "Automatically adjust clock for daylight savings time chages", however, it did not update the clock for daylight savings time this weekend. This has caused numerous outages due to the Access Restrictions that are defined.
What do I need to do to have the router update its clock for daylight savings time

You shouldn't have to do anything, but since it doesn't work... hard reset the router by pressing the reset button in back and reconfigure the router from scratch. See if that works and gets the correct time from your ISP.
