What's the real difference between the WRV200 and WRV54G?

I want a DSL firewall/router with WiFi, 4 Ethernet ports, and in-router VPN for having a permanent connection to my work (so I can run an IP phone and whatnot).

So, the Linksys WRV200 and WRV54G seem to be the way to go, but there's a 2x price difference, $70 versus $140.

But the only differences I see are:
-- 10 VPN sessions versus 50
-- WRV200 calls them "QuickVPN" versus VPN
-- Different packaging
-- WRV200 has 2 antennas instead of 1.
-- WRV200 has RangeBooster, but the more expensive WRV54G does not.

Those don't seem to justify the 2x price difference (especially since the cheaper one has RangeBooster and 2 antennas), so I feel I'm missing something.

Can they both act as VPN servers?  It's clear that the WRV54G can, but not clear for the other.

What is QuickVPN versus normal VPN?

Do they essentially run the same Linksys firmware -- not the exact same version, but do they both have the same Linksys interface that most of their products do?

Thanks in advance for any assistance!

Another significant difference is that the WRV54G is designed for use in Wi-Fi hot spots, including the ability to sell wireless access to customers.  This, and its ability to run 50 simultaneous VPN connections, is the reason for the increased price.

So, it's the less expensive WRV200 that has MIMO, another reason for my confusion about why it's half the price of the WRV54G.

As far as I know, WRV200 supports 5 gateway-to-gateway tunnels and 10 QuickVPN tunnels, whereas WRV54G supports 50 gateway-to-gateway tunnels and up to 50 quickVPN tunnels (with additional QVPN50 license). BTW, QuickVPN is a Linksys VPN client software running on Windows.

Is the QVPN50 license really necessary?

When I was using 2.39.2 firmware it was only 5 QuickVPN users. Now that the 2.39.2e firmware is available for public download which allows for 50 QuickVPN users.

Has Linksys basically let the cat out of the bag and let all WRV54G owners upgrade for free?
