If your using a linksys wireless G broadband router, you can try to access the setup page by going to 192.168.1.1.
If it ask you for an authentication, Username is blank and admin on the password. If you also have a working laptop running on windows 7 currently connected to the network, you can try to
(1.) open network and sharing center
(2.) Go to manage wireless networks
(3.) under network you can view and modify, right click on your network and go to properties
(4.) click on the security tab and it will show you the security type, encryption type and network key all in dots.
(5.) check the box that says " Show Characters and you'll see your password"
Hope this helps.

what is the model number of your router?
if you have a computer that is connected to the router, you may try accessing the setup page of the router by:
1. open internet explorer, type http://192.168.1.1 on the address bar
2. it should come up with a username and password dialog box, leave the username blank and type admin on the password
3. once you're in the setup page, click where it says wireless
4. once on wireless, there is a subtab called security below it. click on it and it will tell you the password or key that you would need.
