You just need to hardwire your computer to the router and then press the reset button of your router. In case you will still not be able to access the router’s user interface then follow the steps on the link below.

Hi DINAS PUK,
What is the model number of your router? If you have one of the E-series routers , you may check if you have Cisco Connect Software installed on the computer. You can also reset the router Linksys router and configure it again using the set up disc, if you still have it. You can also refer to this link on how to manually set up the router for internet and wireless settings.

I'm trying to change my wireless to secured instead of unsecure. I went to that web address and I tried putting in admin as username and admin as password and it won't let me in. I also tried a blank username and admin password and vice versa. It won't let me in. I don't recall ever being in there and setting a username and password, but if I did is there a way to retrieve it? How else am I to get in and secure my connection? Thank you! plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me i forgot my admin password..

Aside from using admin, try any password that you can think of. If you still could not log in, I suggest that you proceed on resetting the router and configure it again.
