Hi Yong! You can see the version number of your router at the bottom of your router. Beside the model number. Just flip your router over and then you can see the model number and the version number that's above the MAC address and the SN.
I had a Linksys router once that had no version number on it. It turned out to be version 2.0 .... so I would not assume that an unmarked router must be version 1.
I would suggest that you go to Wikipedia.org and do a search for WRT54GS. You will find a list of the specs for the various versions of your router. Additionally, there is a chart that will allow you to check the router's serial number, and determine which version of the router you have.
What are the first 4 characters of the serial number ... starting with "CG" ?
