Problem with LRT214 OpenVPN and iPhone

Hi,

I just installed my new LRT214 and I have a problem with setting up the OpenVPN. I tried different settings and download the certificate and installed on the openvpn app on the iPhone but when I try to connect it gives always the same error.

Server certificate verfication failed: mbed TLS: SSL read error: X509 - Certificate verification failed, e.g. CRL, CA or signatire check failed

I have no idea what can I do. Maybe someone has an idea?

Tried certifiacet only and only Password or both. Always the same. Also tried 1024 and 2048 and also tried SH-128 and 256. No diference.

Thanks

In Configuration => OpenVPN Server => Advanced Configure Settings did you successfully create a certification for the OpenVPN Server?

You need to first create the certificate Root CA in OpenVPN Server settings before a client certificate can be created.

It's the cerficate settings at the bottom and it creates the CA cert when you click save.

Re: Problem with LRT214 OpenVPN and iPhone

Open the client opvn file with notepad and check for trailing characters after the certificate settings at the end of the file.
