Child Node/Blue Light

The blue light on one of my child nodes pulses blue about every 30 seconds.  My setup is like this:  one child node is using wired backhaul while the other child node is connected wireelessly to the main node.  Only the wireless child node is experiencing the pulsing blue light.

I've reset, moved it, etc.  I know that "blinking blue" normally means starting up, but mine pulses about every 30 seconds.

Can anyone help?

Re: Child Node/Blue Light

Login on the problem node via it's WebUI and check the firmware version is the latest 1.1.1.179155.

Re: Child Node/Blue Light

In the app under the node it will list it's IP Address.

Open a web browser on a computer and login the node using username admin and your local router's password. If you have a password failure try using the password admin as well.

The browser will open with a graphic of the Velop system in the center. Click the graphic will send you to another page with a "CA" link at the bottom. Click the "CA" link to get to the SmartWifi WebUI. Check the firmware version listed there.

Re: Child Node/Blue Light

can't login.  Your suggested passwords don't work and the password on the sticker on the node itself isn't letting me in.

Re: Child Node/Blue Light

My loging page doesn't give me a username/paswword option.  It only has one field:  "access router" and password.
