I have the same issue. Even with the recent firmware update, the issue persists.
I contacted the LINKSYS customer support multiple times. I got the impression that they're not aware of this.
Realy don't understand why even the time based controlling is not working for HTTPS requests.
It could just revoke IP address for the device or just block everything for the device.
