I purchased several devices at the sale:
- SIPURA SPA-2100
- SIPURA SPA-3000
Both devices are serviceable. Unfortunately, the previous owner has set a password that does not allow me to configure.
When I try to use the web interface to access the device, I have an authorization request:
Standard passwords user/user, admin/admin do not match.
I have same problem when I use voice menu of device. I tried 73738# it asks for a password.
The devices do not have a reset button, which would allow me to return to the factory settings.
In the user guide, I also did not find information on how to solve this issue.
I will be grateful for any recommendations that will solve my issue.
