I've tried all the suggested fixes but still get the error message "The HTTP port is disabled. Please check if the HTTP port is blocked by something like the internal firewall program. Any other thoughts?

I have also tried every option to fix this issue with nothing working.
Gone back to factory reset by pushing and holding the play/pause button on the player.
Entering 192.168.0.1 for IP, 255.255.255.0 for Subnet, 192.168.0.1 for Gateway and a wide variety from my IP address to Googles 18.104.22.168. for the DNS. I still get "the HTTP port is disabled."
ANYONE with a new solution???
And one other thing....I have tried resolving this at two separate locations, using different internet providers. So it is not the router but rather the Samsung Bluray player itself.
