There were users confirming of drivers and new drivers that works for the WUSB300N installed on Windows 7 64bit.

Thanks, Bartsky. More than a year after your post, the issue still exists and I was finally able to get my Linksys AE1200 USB Wireless N Adapter working on my Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit laptop by uninstalling ZoneAlarm first.
