E4200: Limit speed on one port [ Edited ]

Hi!

I am currently looking into getting the E4200. I wish to limit the speed on one of the ports so that the tenants connected gets a limited internet connection speed (e.g. 5mbit). In the same time I would like it if they could not be able to reach my private network. Anybody know if this is possible with the E4200?

only thing even close that I know of is you could limit the number of users to 1 or 2 on the guest login. that partitions off your network and they won't have access to your side and it limits them to the number of connections. but not on a wired port.
