Ok update. Linksys via Facebook asked for my contact info and are forwarding this to the proper team. I also gave them (case# 03319323) that was opened by "eots".

Linksys is well aware of the issue and it was sent to the proper team a long time ago. They simply choose to ignore the problem and not fix it. About the only fix we will see is them telling us to go buy a new router. Since the product is EOL.
