I purchased router linksys e900 in Ukraine
The installed firmware version linksys e900 1.3.00 build 2 (not 220.127.116.11)
When I try to update firmware to latest version (FW_E900_v1.0.06.002_US_20150108.bin) - the update process failed at 8%
I already tried use TFTP2 and all recomendations from https://community.linksys.com/t5/Wireless-Routers/E900-firmware-update-failure/td-p/768787 this topic, but everything failed.
Could you help me?

Did you perform the update hardwired or wireless to the router? I suggest that you update the router's firmware using a wired connection. Doing it via wireless connection could be risky as it's prone to interruptions which could brick your router.

Hmm. It could be that the router is not responding to the upgrade request. I suggest that you reset the router before upgrading the router's firmware. Better yet, assign a static IP address to the PC which you will use for the firmware upgrade process. I agree with what ching_pamz13 mentioned above, it's preferrable and recommended to do the upgrade using a wired connection.

It did not help.

There are no performance problems.
I just want to use URL filter to make an AdBlock on router, to block advertising on all router clients (TV, phone, desktop, etc).

I have similar troubles with upgrade. But my reason for upgrade firmware is very slow communication speed and regular disconnections, approx. 3-4 hours, and only hardreset solve problem

Are you trying to flash the 18.104.22.168 driver? The latest one on Linksys website is 22.214.171.124. You can download it from this link.
Connect your computer to the router to ensure the stability of the connection. After updating the firmware, reset and reconfigure it.
