I really do appreciate all of your help and advice.
Hopefully when I get a call back from Linksys they will be able to get this all figured out.

My mitigation plan is to connect to my ATT router for my work system if needed.

For reference here is a screenshot of me using my work laptop using Skype for Business while bypassing the Linksys and using the ATT provided router Modem. You will notice plenty of participants and I have circled the connection status which is all white = great. When connecting through the Linksys I rotate between connection status of White, Yellow, Red and often Skype loses connection completely and restarts.

Yes sir - Public IP -> Private IP.
I also use a VPN connection, but Skype for business works with or without that connection the same way. i.e. connection issues via Linksys, none via ATT provided modem / router.

I only use the VPN for access to the corp intranet and Exchange email.

My ATT Modem uses a 192.168.1.0 / Linksys uses 192.168.2.0

Can you configure the modem in a bridge mode to get ride of the double NAT?

However, with my ATT modem / router currently running in pass-through mode, my Linksys has the public ATT IP for the incoming IP.
