We recently released a new firmware for the WRT32X. Below is the release notes and the download link.
Firmware version: 1.0.180118.3
Release date: January 30, 2018
NOTE: This is a hotfix release to mitigate the Wi-Fi disruption and slowdown
caused by Android devices that flood the network with mDNS frames upon waking
from sleep mode.
- Updated the wireless driver to drv_126.96.36.199_fw_188.8.131.52
- Known issue: the Google/OpenDNS/Custom DNS server functionality may not work
consistently. This will be resolved in a subsequent release.
You can download the new firwmare here.
Please feel free to post your feedback in this thread after trying out this new firmware.

I noticed my wifi dropping again like before the fix in January, so I checked the forums and saw that this new firmware was released and had installed on my router (WRT32x).
I have been able to "trigger" it by streaming multiple youtube videos at the same time with other people active on the wifi. The wifi drops for all devices in the house for a few moments then seems to reset itself allowing devices to reconnect.
Before this update my connection seemed very stable with the January fix in place.

If you update a WRT32X firmware and have issues I recommend you first reset the WRT32x to factory defaults and reconfigure from scratch.
To reset the WRT32X for factory defaults SSH into the router and run the below commands:

Yes you are right holding down the reset button for 30 seconds and releasing it resets to factory defaults too.

Yup, the problem still persist even if I restore to default. This is the second time I have problem with firmware. Linksys were good when Cisco was the owner. Next time I will buy a Asus
